How does the Hope Village Program Work?

The Faith Hope and Love Foundation has already been asked to seek individuals and businesses looking to relocate to the beautiful city of Tianjin, (45 minutes away from the capital of Beijing) to live and work. The individual or business will simply contact The Faith Hope and Love Foundation to arrange a visit to the desired facilities. After the tour of the area (an English or Japanese translator will be provided) contract discussions will be conducted. If you are sponsored by The Faith Hope and Love Foundation, you will receive a preferential price. The living area/office buildings will then give a donation to the foundation from the leased space. It's just that simple.

What type of facilities will be provided in these areas?

Facilities are located in full service apartment/office locations. These facilities have breathtaking skyline and waterfront views. Sizes of the facilities range from 107 square meters to 220 square meters for full service apartments. All apartments come fully furnished in 4 different styles. Each customer may choose from modern, Chinese, Japanese or European style. To further pamper customers, you will also be located near an extravagant shopping center that will satisfy all of your needs and connect you with all major transportation mediums of the city.

If you choose to explore the business route, office space is also available.

What does full-service mean?

Full service means that as part of the leasing agreement you will have a variety of services available to you as an individual, family or business. The services include, but are not limited to:

What type of individuals or businesses will The Faith Hope and Love Foundation Sponsor?

The Faith Hope and Love Foundation will sponsor any individuals or businesses from anywhere in the world that will provide products or services to high school and college students. This can include restaurants, schools, technology companies, financial services, counseling, car services, cultural training, and various others. The individuals or businesses must plan to be in China for a period of 6-months and be able to come to Tianjin, China to view the full-service facilities.
