Why Do We Need A Tournament for Students?
There are two common problems that Asian students must deal with.
What if there was only a way where students could study and earn money at the same time?
The Faith Hope and Love Foundation has teamed up with 天津鑫冠祥公司 to resolve this problem in a “Prove Your Ability” style tournament.
Here’s how it works:
1.Each tournament will consist of 5 rounds. The time period for each round is around 2 months with the exception of a holiday period.
2. Each round will include 20 participants (all participants must be university students) selected by The Faith Hope and Love Foundation to participate in the match. From the current round 8 participants will be selected to continue to the next round and 12 new participants will be selected by The Faith Hope and Love Foundation to join the tournament to create a new round of 20 participants. This process will continue until all 5 rounds have been completed to conclude the tournament.
3. Each of the 20 participants select their stationary portfolio. Each portfolio has only top brands, styles, colors and prices from companies like M&G, Chenqi, True Color and more. Just like any tournament, this tournament too needs strategy to win.
4. The tournament directors will then provide training for the 20 participants to get them started. We all know that selling can have a few rough spots so if the participants run into problems along the way, they can ask their professional industrial mentor any time on how to deal with their challenges. The goal is to sell as much as you can to win the round and possibly the tournament.
5. From the 20 contestants in the round, 8 are selected to go to the next round of the tournament. The 8 selected contestants will receive a cash bonus in addition to moving to the next round. All other contestants will receive money from their sales.
6. Every round should have a winner, right? Yes, and this winner will be rewarded with an additional round champion prize. The prize may be cash, it may be a gift, or it may be both!
7.At the end of 5 rounds the tournament concludes with all round 5 participants plus previous round winners participating. It is here where the grand tournament champion will be crowned. In this tournament, it pays (really pays) to be champion. Prize money can be in the thousands of the local currency. Not bad for a few months work.
